How billing works. Your plan’s monthly price plus VAT at the standard rate, invoiced monthly in arrears for bank-transfer settlement against your operator payment reference — no card required. 14-day payment terms. Overdue accounts can’t seal new draws until settled, but any draw already sealed always completes and certifies — your customers’ fair result is never held hostage to an invoice. The limits are hard caps: to run more or bigger draws, upgrade to the next tier — you can do that yourself in your account, and the new limits apply immediately. Move up or down at any month end; no minimum term, no exit fees. Volume beyond 5 million entries, or a multi-brand group? Talk to us about a custom agreement.
Why we charge on draws, not your profits. An independent referee shouldn’t have a stake in your margins — so we will never take a percentage of your sales or profits. Fees scale only with the verified volume we can measure ourselves: your draws and entries. Your accounts stay yours.
